Joint stock company "Masoma" builds houses using your or our projects using certificated softwood from Karelia. We provide profiled cant, cylindrical and hand cut logs. It is possible to combine in building bricks and stones. Interior finishing can be done using any acceptable materials. In wooden houses air passes through the pores of the logs and during this process humidity in the house is hold at optimal level. Wood from Karelia has superior qualities of heat isolation. For comparison we provide examples of wall thickness depending on winter temperature.
