For construction of wooden houses we use pine, fur-tree, and larch from the Archangelsk and Irkutsk areas. It's not a secret that the best wood, is the wood from northern breadths where trees grow only in short summertime, slowly reaching age of more than hundred years. Materials from such wood turn out dense and strong, has excellent properties.

Wood is harvested only during winter time,because at winter time all processes in wood stops and logs harvested at winter time are much drier. Because of that our wood doesn't need to be dried additionally. This wood comparing with other kinds of wood has much more density. Prepared wood is impregnated with the help of the newest conservatives, so it guaranties long lasting quality of all products from the wood.

Wood/timber as the unique building material has set of the qualities which make it different from non-natural materials like concrete, brick, etc. Because of internal structure of a log there is a constant exchange of air, allowing a cosy living and an easy breathing. In log houses the constant oxygen balance, optimum humidity of air and the comfortable environment is maintained.

Because of excellent heat-isolating characteristics the inside of such houses in the heat of July, the pleasant coolness dwells in a house, and in severe winter the air in a house stays warm. The color of well processed wood is, golden amber, which creates a positive psychological spirit, settle calmness and optimism in the air. The atmosphere of pleasure and good health is characteristically to all inner space of the house.

Lumber, in difference from other materials, does not cause allergic reactions and is totally harmless to human health. Therefore recently, when the ecological situation develops especially adversely, needs for comfortable and pollution-free, housing have increased significantly.

Wood impregnation

The wood is impregnated using the vacuum method, with the help of „TANALIT E“ conservative, which is produced in U.K., "TANATONE" and the anti-fungal addition, which fully compatible with the BS EN 599-1:1997 standard. Every impregnated log house is supplemented with its own certificate.

Wood impregnated using the vacuum technology according the BS and NTR standards has immunity to decay, mould and all sorts of insects. Also this wood has good fire resistance.
